Redcliffe Youth Space engages in social enterprise activities which fit with our vision, mission and core beliefs.  

Although all profits made through social enterprise go back into the youth space to support the work we do with young people in the community, these activities also provide opportunities for young people to explore and gain experience in their specific interests.

They create a space in which young people can take ownership of ideas as well as work in collaboration with our team and the wider community encouraging social connection, social inclusion and capacity building.

CONNECTIONS CATERING are Brisbane's ethical caterers. 

We focus on providing quality catering while focusing on supporting our core values. Connections focuses on the values of sustainability, community, and integrity. 

We take a considered approach when choosing our staff, suppliers, and charitable partners. This ensures that we are always true to our values.

We recycle, reuse, and reduce our waste wherever we can. Our packaging is both eco-friendly and biodegradable. Connections only use non-toxic cleaning products that are ethically produced. These steps ensure that we have a minimal impact on the environment.

PICNIC HILL- Our popular event Picnic Hill is supported by our Skilling Queenslanders for work (SQW) trainees. 

Young people are given the opportunity to learn event management/music industries skills, liaise with the community and gain relevant work experience and the community comes together to share in the delicious food and entertainment on offer.

This event includes food trucks, live entertainment, kids activities, arts/crafts and a bar.

RIDE SUPPLIES- The Ride Supplies shop exists within the youth space building - conveniently located next to a skate park.

Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

We provide:

  • Repairs/maintenance Tues - Fri 10:30am - 5pm
