Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Programs

What programs do you have / what kinds of things do you offer?

We have a range of programs available that are suitable for young people. Our programs cover things like mental health, family support, social inclusion, skill development and a whole other range of areas. We also have a few different groups available for young people to participate in.

To find the best fit program and/or group for you, have a read of the program descriptions on our website (see Our Programs and Our Groups pages), or give us a call. We’re happy to answer your questions.

How do I get into one of the programs?

Most of our programs require a referral form to be completed and submitted for processing to ensure that we’re able to meet the needs of the young people as well as making sure that they’re in the right program.

Allen, our Program Manager, is usually the main point of contact for incoming referrals. If you’re interested in the Work Skills traineeship program, Angela is the primary contact. Their contact details are available on the Our Programs page.

How can I get involved in your groups?

Our groups are open to any young person that wants to attend. The groups cater to different interest areas or demographics. Have a look at the Our Groups page to see if any are right for you. If you like the sound of the group, feel free to show up at the time and place listed or give us a call.

Do your programs cost money?

No, all of our programs are government funded. We aim to support marginalised and vulnerable young people so we firmly believe that accessing support doesn't/shouldn't have a monetary value.

Do you help with housing?

Although we aren’t a housing service we do provide support and advocacy for young people who are in need of emergency accommodation and housing.
